Here's what a morning looks like in the kitchen.
Before the children arrive
Our team is already in. Stock goes on. Vegetables get chopped. Dough goes in to prove. The bread is usually in the oven before most families have had breakfast.
Lunch Time
The food goes directly from the oven to the serving counter. Same building. Same morning.
Cooking Time
Main dishes go in around mid-morning. If you've ever walked past a school and caught something good — that's this. Nothing is being reheated from a van. It's being cooked, right now, in your school.
Nutrition
Our menus are designed to be nutritious and delicious, giving pupils that extra dose of benefits in a hot meal every lunch time.
